Every extra click between reading and booking loses people. Clinic sites routinely have four clicks between the homepage and an actual appointment. That’s three clicks too many.

The booking path

A booking button should be visible in the header on every page. Each service page should have a booking path within two clicks. If you use Jane, Cliniko, Noterro or Acuity, the button should connect directly rather than dumping people onto a separate site.
