A marketing agency for naturopathic clinics

Seventeen years. Over 300 projects. Almost all of them for businesses where the owner is also the one doing the work.

The work narrowed on purpose.

We used to take on anyone. Restaurants, contractors, retail, trades. The wellness work was different in a way that took a while to notice.

A restaurant owner wants more covers on a Tuesday. A clinic owner wants a full schedule, but not at the cost of how they practise, and the standard marketing playbook doesn’t account for that. Half of it is tactics that would embarrass a practitioner to run, and a portion of it can cause real problems for a regulated health practice.

So the work narrowed. Naturopathic clinics, wellness practices, allied health, the businesses where marketing has to fit around how the practice actually runs rather than the other way around.

What we're like to work with

Most of our work comes from clients
who came back, or who told someone.

Most of our work comes from clients who came back, or who told someone.

That’s not a claim about how good we are, it’s just what the ledger looks like, and it’s the same thing we’d want your clinic’s numbers to look like.

We'll tell you when you don't need what you asked for

A rebuild you don’t need is a worse outcome for us than a smaller job done right, because the smaller job is the one that gets mentioned to someone else.

Numbers before things start

We put numbers on things before they start, not after. You know what something costs and what it’s for before any work begins.

Everything we build, you can edit

Changing your hours shouldn’t require an email. Everything we build is editable by you, in a visual editor, without touching code.

One person from start to finish

You deal with one person from the first call onward. Not a rotating account team, and not a salesperson who hands you off after signing.

Small businesses, mainly

The projects worth turning up for are the ones where it visibly changes something.

A calendar that fills. An associate hired because there’s finally enough work for two. A practitioner who stops working Saturdays.

That’s most of what we do, and it’s deliberate.
